Vinification: is  traditional  with  which  you  get  by  soft pressing  the  juice  that  is fermented at a low temperature with second fermentation in autoclave until the remaining sugars are exhausted.

Colour: pale yellow.

Bouquet: aromatic, orange blossom.

Taste: dry, balanced and effervescent.

Alcohol: 11,5 % vol.

Serving temperature: 6 - 7°C

Best with: excellent as an aperitif, best in pairing with pizza and fish.
