Plant density: 4500 plants/ha

Age of strains: 20 years

Positions: hillside

Exposure: south/ southeast

Soil: clay and limestone

Average yield per hectare : 85 q/ha

Vinification: is traditional with maceration on the skins for 10 days at a temperature of 28 - 30°C. Follows malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Colour: intense ruby red.

Bouquet: vinous with fruity scents.

Taste: dry, soft and lively.

Alcohol: 13,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 16 - 17 °C

Best with: It goes well with all daily dishes. Particularly good with salami, risotto and pasta.
