Vinification: is traditional with maceration on the skins for 10 days at a temperature of 26 - 28 °C. The refinement of a few months in the bottle it is necessary to enhance its characteristics. 

Colour: ruby red.

Bouquet: vinous with fruity scents.

Taste: dry, full-bodied.

Alcohol: 14% vol.

Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C

Best with: It goes well with all daily dishes. Particularly good with salami, risotto and pasta.
